Investment in the System (Million Euro)

In 2021 we continued to increase investment in prevention.

In short, the difference in spending on the SGIFR between 2017 and 2021 was +173M€, wich represents 120% more:

  • Suppression: from 115M€, in 2017, to 171M€, in 2021, wich means a variation of +49%;
  • Prevention: from 28M€, in 2017, to 145M€, in 2021, wich means a variation of +418%.

In 2021, expenditure on the SGIFR amounted to €316 million:

  • €171 million on suppression (+9% from 2020).
  • €145 million on prevention (9% more than 2020).
